O Lord Jesus Christ, Man of Sorrows and Knower of hearts, You who sat among Your own while betrayal stirred in secret, yet loved to the very end, I draw near in reverence and holy stillness. You who search the depths and weigh every motive, search me, O Lord, and know me. Bring to light what is hidden. Lay bare every divided loyalty. Remove from me all that is false, and make my heart single before You — true, undivided, and steadfast.
O Jehovah Shalom, Lord of my peace and Keeper of the inward life, I offer this day to You as a sacrifice of worship. As the woman poured out her costly oil at Your feet, so I break the alabaster box of my pride, my hidden agendas, and my guarded self, and I pour out my life before You. Let my devotion be without calculation — not measured, not restrained, not divided— but whole, free, and fragrant before You. Deliver me from the subtle poison of betrayal, from the quiet growth of resentment, from the coldness that creeps upon the heart unnoticed. I choose faithfulness over convenience, loyalty over gain, and love over self. Let the fragrance of Christ rest upon my life, that in all I do, I may bring peace to troubled hearts and quiet strength to the weary.
O Crucified Lord, as the shadow of the Cross draws near, draw my heart into its holy mystery. You bore suffering without bitterness, obedience without resistance, and love without measure. Teach me to take up my own cross — to unite my struggles with Your sacrifice, to offer them in trust, not in fear, in faith, not in complaint. Let the Cross be to me not sorrow alone, but the sign of redeeming love — the place where self is surrendered and life is made new.
Holy Spirit, Purifier of the inward man and Guardian of the soul, cleanse my desires and refine my intentions. Where my love has grown faint, rekindle it. Where my devotion has become routine, renew it. Where I give outwardly but withhold inwardly, draw me into deeper surrender. Form in me a heart that endures in truth, that loves without pretense, and that remains faithful in all things.
O Lord of quiet workings and unseen purposes, You who prepared for the Cross in silence and resolve, teach me the discipline of hidden faithfulness. When the path is unclear, steady me. When the work is unseen, sustain me. When I am tempted to measure by what is visible, anchor me in what is eternal. Do Your deep work within me — beyond what I can see, beyond what I can understand, beyond what I can control. Form in me a spirit that endures without applause, that trusts without explanation, and that waits without despair.
O Faithful Redeemer, keep me from every form of betrayal — not only in great things, but in the quiet compromises of the heart. Let me not turn away. Let me not grow cold. Let me not exchange truth for ease or devotion for gain. Keep me near You, steady in love, firm in faith, and faithful unto the end.
Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me. Prepare me, O Lord, for all that lies ahead — that I may be found faithful in Your sight. Let my life be poured out before You — a living offering, pure, watchful, and wholly Yours, through Jesus Christ our Lord, the Faithful One, who loved unto the end and calls me to do the same. Amen.
